These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Senn ("Senn", "we", "us") and govern your use of the Senn mobile applications and website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use Senn

Senn is made for dental students and dental professionals. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your password confidential. One account is for one person; accounts may be limited to a single registered device, and you can move your account to a new device by contacting support.

2. Educational content only

Articles, quizzes, video courses and the AI tutor are provided for educational purposes only. They are not medical, clinical or professional advice, and they do not replace formal training, supervision or your own professional judgement. Do not rely on the Service to diagnose or treat patients. Always follow the clinical guidelines, laws and regulations that apply to you.

3. Free and paid content

Articles, quizzes, achievements and a daily allowance of the AI tutor are free. Video courses and AI tutor plans are paid content.

• Account credit. Paid content is unlocked with credit held on your Senn account ("wallet"). Credit is shown in the app currency and has no cash value.
• Vouchers. Credit, course access and AI plans are activated by redeeming a voucher code issued by Senn. A code can be used once, is not transferable after redemption, and may carry an expiry date. Senn issues vouchers directly from its office and through authorised partners; our support team can tell you where vouchers are available in your area.
• Gifts. You may unlock a course or activate a voucher for another registered account. Once granted, access belongs to that account.
• AI tutor plans. A plan gives higher usage limits for a fixed period (day, week or month). Plans do not renew automatically; when a plan ends, the free allowance applies again until you activate another plan.
• Prices. Prices shown in the app apply at the moment of purchase. We may change prices, packages and what is included in free access at any time; changes do not affect content you have already unlocked.

4. Refunds

Because course access and AI plans are digital content delivered immediately, purchases and activated vouchers are final and non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, or where content you paid for is permanently unavailable through our fault. In that case contact support within 14 days and we will restore access or credit your wallet.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, record, download, redistribute, resell or publicly share course videos, articles, PDFs, questions or other content. Course videos are protected by digital rights management.
• Do not share your account, circumvent access controls, scrape the Service or use it in an unlawful way.
• Do not post unlawful, infringing, misleading or harmful material in comments, reports or AI conversations, and do not upload images of patients or third parties without the right to do so.
• Do not disrupt the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use automated tools against it.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of comments, questions and images you submit. You grant Senn a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display and process that content to operate the Service (for example to show your comment to other learners or to send your question to the AI tutor). You are responsible for the content you submit.

7. Intellectual property

The Service and all its content are owned by Senn or its licensors (including the instructors who author courses) and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the content for your own learning. All other rights are reserved.

8. AI tutor

The AI tutor generates answers automatically using a third-party language model. Answers may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Treat them as a study aid, never as a definitive source, and verify anything you plan to apply clinically. Do not enter patient-identifying information into the AI tutor.

9. Face ID sign-in

You can optionally enable sign-in with a selfie ("Face ID"). This is entirely voluntary; the app always offers email and password as well. By enabling it you consent to the processing of your facial data described in our Privacy Policy. You can turn it off at any time from your profile, which deletes the stored face data.

10. Notifications

With your permission we send push notifications about new content, replies to your comments and account events. You can turn them off in your device settings at any time.

11. Termination and account deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Profile in the app. Deletion ends your access, including to paid content, and remaining credit is forfeited. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or where required by law. Certain records (such as transaction history) may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, add or remove features and content, including courses, at any time.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Senn in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Baghdad, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will show the new "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

تشكّل شروط الخدمة هذه ("الشروط") اتفاقاً بينك وبين سن ("سن"، "نحن") وتنظّم استخدامك لتطبيقات سن على الهاتف وموقعها الإلكتروني (معاً "الخدمة"). بإنشائك حساباً أو استخدامك الخدمة فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إذا كنت لا توافق، فلا تستخدم الخدمة.

١. من يمكنه استخدام سن

سن مخصص لطلبة طب الأسنان وأطباء الأسنان. يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٨ عاماً على الأقل، أو سن الرشد في بلدك، لإنشاء حساب. عليك تقديم معلومات صحيحة وتحديثها. أنت مسؤول عن كل ما يجري تحت حسابك وعن الحفاظ على سرية كلمة المرور. الحساب الواحد لشخص واحد، وقد يُقيَّد الحساب بجهاز واحد مسجّل، ويمكنك نقل حسابك إلى جهاز جديد بالتواصل مع الدعم.

٢. محتوى تعليمي فقط

تُقدَّم المقالات والاختبارات والدورات المرئية والمساعد الذكي لأغراض تعليمية فقط. وهي ليست استشارة طبية أو سريرية أو مهنية، ولا تحل محل التدريب الرسمي أو الإشراف أو تقديرك المهني. لا تعتمد على الخدمة لتشخيص المرضى أو علاجهم، والتزم دائماً بالإرشادات السريرية والقوانين والأنظمة المطبّقة عليك.

٣. المحتوى المجاني والمدفوع

المقالات والاختبارات والإنجازات وحصة يومية من المساعد الذكي مجانية. الدورات المرئية وباقات المساعد الذكي محتوى مدفوع.

• رصيد الحساب. يُفتح المحتوى المدفوع برصيد محفوظ في حسابك على سن ("المحفظة"). يُعرض الرصيد بعملة التطبيق وليس له قيمة نقدية.
• القسائم. يُضاف الرصيد وتُفتح الدورات وتُفعَّل باقات المساعد الذكي باستبدال رمز قسيمة صادر عن سن. يُستخدم الرمز مرة واحدة، ولا يمكن نقله بعد استبداله، وقد يكون له تاريخ انتهاء. تصدر سن القسائم مباشرة من مكتبها وعبر شركاء معتمدين، ويمكن لفريق الدعم إرشادك إلى أماكن توفر القسائم في منطقتك.
• الإهداء. يمكنك فتح دورة أو تفعيل قسيمة لحساب مسجّل آخر. بعد المنح يصبح الوصول ملكاً لذلك الحساب.
• باقات المساعد الذكي. تمنح الباقة حدود استخدام أعلى لمدة محددة (يوم أو أسبوع أو شهر). لا تتجدد الباقات تلقائياً، وعند انتهائها تعود الحصة المجانية حتى تفعّل باقة أخرى.
• الأسعار. تسري الأسعار المعروضة في التطبيق وقت الشراء. قد نغيّر الأسعار والباقات وما يشمله الوصول المجاني في أي وقت، ولا تؤثر التغييرات على محتوى فتحته مسبقاً.

٤. الاسترجاع

لأن الوصول إلى الدورات وباقات المساعد الذكي محتوى رقمي يُسلَّم فوراً، فإن عمليات الشراء والقسائم المفعّلة نهائية وغير قابلة للاسترجاع إلا حيث يوجب القانون خلاف ذلك، أو عندما يصبح المحتوى الذي دفعت ثمنه غير متاح نهائياً بسبب خطأ منا. في هذه الحالة تواصل مع الدعم خلال ١٤ يوماً وسنعيد الوصول أو نضيف الرصيد إلى محفظتك.

٥. الاستخدام المقبول

• لا تنسخ أو تسجّل أو تحمّل أو تعيد توزيع أو تبيع أو تشارك علناً مقاطع الدورات أو المقالات أو ملفات PDF أو الأسئلة أو أي محتوى آخر. مقاطع الدورات محمية بإدارة الحقوق الرقمية.
• لا تشارك حسابك، ولا تتجاوز ضوابط الوصول، ولا تستخرج بيانات الخدمة آلياً، ولا تستخدمها بطريقة غير قانونية.
• لا تنشر مواد غير قانونية أو منتهِكة أو مضللة أو مؤذية في التعليقات أو البلاغات أو محادثات المساعد الذكي، ولا ترفع صوراً لمرضى أو لأشخاص آخرين دون أن يكون لك الحق في ذلك.
• لا تعطّل الخدمة أو تحاول الوصول غير المصرح به أو تستخدم أدوات آلية ضدها.

يجوز لنا إزالة المحتوى وتعليق أو إنهاء الحسابات التي تخالف هذه القواعد.

٦. المحتوى الذي تقدّمه

تبقى مالكاً للتعليقات والأسئلة والصور التي ترسلها. وتمنح سن ترخيصاً غير حصري وعالمياً لاستضافة هذا المحتوى وعرضه ومعالجته لتشغيل الخدمة (مثلاً عرض تعليقك لمتعلمين آخرين أو إرسال سؤالك إلى المساعد الذكي). أنت مسؤول عن المحتوى الذي ترسله.

٧. الملكية الفكرية

الخدمة وكل محتواها مملوكان لسن أو لمرخّصيها (بمن فيهم الأساتذة الذين يعدّون الدورات) ومحميان بقوانين الملكية الفكرية. تحصل على ترخيص محدود وشخصي وغير حصري وغير قابل للنقل وقابل للإلغاء للوصول إلى المحتوى لأغراض تعلّمك الخاص. جميع الحقوق الأخرى محفوظة.

٨. المساعد الذكي

يولّد المساعد الذكي الإجابات تلقائياً باستخدام نموذج لغوي من طرف ثالث. قد تكون الإجابات غير دقيقة أو ناقصة أو قديمة. تعامل معها كوسيلة مساعدة للدراسة لا كمصدر نهائي، وتحقق من أي شيء تنوي تطبيقه سريرياً. لا تُدخل معلومات تُعرّف بهوية المرضى في المساعد الذكي.

٩. تسجيل الدخول بالوجه

يمكنك اختيارياً تفعيل تسجيل الدخول بصورة ذاتية ("بصمة الوجه"). هذا الخيار طوعي بالكامل، ويوفر التطبيق دائماً الدخول بالبريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور. بتفعيله توافق على معالجة بيانات وجهك كما هو موضح في سياسة الخصوصية. يمكنك إيقافه في أي وقت من ملفك الشخصي، وعندها تُحذف بيانات الوجه المخزنة.

١٠. الإشعارات

بإذنك نرسل إشعارات فورية عن المحتوى الجديد والردود على تعليقاتك وأحداث الحساب. يمكنك إيقافها من إعدادات جهازك في أي وقت.

١١. الإنهاء وحذف الحساب

يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من صفحة الملف الشخصي في التطبيق. ينهي الحذف وصولك بما فيه المحتوى المدفوع، ويسقط الرصيد المتبقي. يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء الحسابات التي تخالف هذه الشروط أو عندما يقتضي القانون ذلك. قد نحتفظ ببعض السجلات (مثل سجل العمليات) كما هو موضح في سياسة الخصوصية.

١٢. توفر الخدمة وتغييرها

نعمل على إبقاء الخدمة متاحة لكننا لا نضمن الوصول دون انقطاع. يجوز لنا تغيير الميزات والمحتوى أو إضافتها أو إزالتها، بما في ذلك الدورات، في أي وقت.

١٣. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها

تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي" و"حسب توفرها" دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية. وإلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل سن المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية، أو عن فقدان البيانات أو الأرباح أو السمعة، الناشئة عن استخدامك للخدمة. تقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن أي مطالبة على المبلغ الذي دفعته لسن خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة للمطالبة.

١٤. القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية العراق. وتُحل النزاعات أمام المحاكم المختصة في بغداد، دون الإخلال بأي حقوق إلزامية للمستهلك تتمتع بها في بلد إقامتك.

١٥. تعديل الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط. سنعرض تاريخ "آخر تحديث" الجديد أعلاه، وسنخطرك داخل التطبيق بالتغييرات الجوهرية. استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد سريان التغييرات يعني قبولك الشروط المحدّثة.
